Joanna Mallios Rider is an accomplished public affairs and government relations professional with extensive experience leading national advocacy and legislative strategy efforts. She has directed large-scale lobbying initiatives, managed cross-functional teams, and coordinated high-profile policy forums featuring senior government officials and organizational leadership.
With a strong background in political campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory analysis, Joanna has successfully advanced complex policy objectives while overseeing multimillion-dollar operations and nationwide outreach programs. Her experience includes senior leadership roles within a prominent nonprofit organization focused on citizens' rights, as well as strategic consulting for diverse clients across the public and private sectors.
Currently finishing her J.D. at Louisiana State University's Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Joanna combines legal training with a proven track record in advocacy, communications, and executive leadership.

Dillan Rider is a Louisiana-based entrepreneur and political strategist known for his influence, strategic insight, and ability to connect key stakeholders across government, business, and institutional leadership. Recognized as the 2023 Young Businessperson of the Year by the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI), he has built and led multiple ventures, including founding RSG Wholesale, a distributor serving law enforcement agencies across the southeastern United States before its merger.

In addition to his public affairs leadership, Kelby has served in an executive capacity within the private sector, where he drove business development strategy, government partnerships, and market expansion in highly regulated industries. His background includes senior leadership roles within a prominent nonprofit organization focused on citizens' rights, as well as directing statewide advocacy and mobilization efforts for conservation and outdoor heritage initiatives.
